Providing employees international work experience - whether part of developing junior graduates or ensuring managerial succession planning - is still high on the agenda when pursuing growth opportunities outside the country borders. Join the discussion on what to be aware of and hear how your mobility program can support the strategic business needs.

Presenters:

- Carlsberg Breweries A/S, Stefanie Groth, Group Senior Talent Manager will share how a Graduate Program supports their Talent Management.

- Grith Wormslev Petersen, HR Project Manager, Novo Nordisk A/S will share how they combine global mobility management and talent management.

- Ernst & Young, David Rooney, Executive Director Germany will share the latest trends how Global mobility can support talent management.

There is no charge for Corporate HR professionals to attend Chapter meetings provided they are members and there is no charge for membership.

Registration:

In-house HR Professionals can attend for free.

Suppliers need to be a Supplier Member or above. The cost per attendee is €120 (+VAT).
